Schedule of the Conservation Area during the lockdown period

Due to lockdown introduction, the regime of visiting the monuments of the National Conservation Area “St. Sophia of Kyiv” in the period from 8 to 24 January 2021 has been changed.

OPEN TO VISIT will be:

  • the territory of the Conservation Area, which will be open daily from 10:00 to 19:00 (ticket office and entrance – until 18:30);
  • stairs and porch of “St. Andrew’s Church” Museum, which will be open from Tuesday to Sunday from 10:00 to 18:00 (ticket office and entrance – until 17:30), Monday – a day off.

CLOSED TO VISIT will be:

  • objects of immovable cultural heritage located on the territory of the Conservation Area (St. Sophia Cathedral, “Metropolitan’s Residence” Museum, Refectory (Warm Sophia), Zaborovsky Gate, Bakery exhibition halls);
  • “Golden Gate”, “St. Andrew’s Church” and “St. Cyril’s Church” museums.

We also ask visitors not to neglect safety rules – wear personal protective equipment (masks, respirators) and adhere to a social distance of 1.5 m.
