On October 7, 2021, the Speaker of the Riksdag of the Kingdom of Sweden Andreas Norlen and his wife accompanied by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Sweden to Ukraine Tobias Thyberg visited Sophia of Kyiv.

Mr. Norlen received a law degree from Stockholm University and a doctorate in commercial law from Linkoping University, so during his acquaintance with Sophia of Kyiv, the speaker’s special attention was drawn to the exhibition “Rarities of the Ukrainian Cossack State – the Hetmanate of 17th – 18th centuries”, in particular presented at the exhibition Bulava which is preserved in the Cabinet of Curiosities of the Diocesan Library of Linkopin and the Constitution of Pylyp Orlyk from the State Archives of Sweden.
