HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
You can place an order by writing an order letter to the email address:
Please include the NAME OF THE SELECTED PRODUCT, ARTICLE NUMBER, QUANTITY, and DELIVERY ADDRESS.
The request will be processed within 3 (three) working days (to determine availability in stock).
You will receive an invoice for payment in response. The shipment of the goods will be made only upon prior payment to the following details:

Orders are dispatched within three working days from the date the funds are received in the Reserve’s current account. Shipments are made through Nova Poshta.

ATTENTION!!! Payment for postal transfers is made at the recipient’s expense!!!
Returns of goods are made in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
